‘Shutdown’ pizza dinner offered in BG

Federal workers and their families and others who are affected by the temporary government shutdown are
invited to receive a pizza supper on Wednesday from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
The Wood County Green Party is organizing the supper with co-sponsors Trinity United Methodist Church and
the Brown Bag Food Project.
The pizza will be baked at the church using a homemade recipe by Joseph DeMare, co-chair of the local
Green Party. It will be held at the church, located at 200 N. Summit St., across from the Wood County
Courthouse.
The meal will include pizza, salad, a side vegetable and dessert.
