The following will take place next week at the Wood County Senior Center, 305 N. Main St., Bowling Green.
Many programs require advance registration, which is indicated by an *. For information call the office

Meals
Lunch is served daily at all county senior centers. No person over 60 shall be denied nutrition services
because of failure to contribute all or part of the cost. Participants shall determine for themselves
what they are able to contribute. A $2 suggested donation is appreciated for lunches.
Next week’s menu features: Monday, chipped beef or creamed chicken; Tuesday, hamburger pie or smoked
sausage; Wednesday, Birthday Celebration hamloaf; Thursday, roast beef or almandine pollock; Friday,
potato soup or vegetable soup.
Dinner is served at the Wood County Senior Center Tuesday through Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. and reservations
are needed by 2 p.m. Suggested donation is $4. The dinner menu is: Tuesday, turkey; Wednesday, teriyaki
chicken breast; Thursday, meat lasagna.

New Adventures Group: Armstrong Air and Space Museum on Feb. 12. Meet at the Elder Beerman parking lot at
8:30 a.m. and return by 3:30 p.m. Transportation cost is $8 due at registration and museum admission is
$7 for seniors. As space exploration has evolved, so have the exhibits at the museum, but the focus has
remained the same: to stand not only as a repository of Ohio’s aeronautical aviation and a monument to
Ohio’s contribution to aviation and space exploration, but also as a tribute to Neil Armstrong.
