PERRYSBURG — City residents and Kroger donated more than 200 Valentine balloons to the residents of
Perrysburg Commons Retirement Center and Heartland of Perrysburg on Feb. 10.
The staff and management of the two facilities said that many of the resident’s lives were brightened.
