‘Hearts for Kids’ party Tuesday
BLOOMDALE —The Trinity United Methodist Church, 100 Mulberry St., Bloomdale, is hosting a Kids Heart
Party from 6:30-8 p.m. Tuesday. It will be held in the basement of the church.
There will be singing, stories, crafts, games and treats. The Valentine’s Day event is designed to be fun
for all the participants.
If school is canceled that day, the party will be canceled also.

Noted conductor, organist to appear Sunday
PERRYSBURG — David Cherwein, a noted conductor and organist, will appear at 4 p.m. Sunday at Zoar
Lutheran Church in Perrysburg.  The church’s music director, Omaldo Perez, called him “a rock star of
liturgical music.”

Soup and salad lunch offered
The congregation of Hope Lutheran Church, 13507 Cloverdale Road, will host a soup and salad luncheon in
the fellowship hall Sunday from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Donations will benefit  the Luther Home of Mercy.

The menu includes chicken noodle and beef barley soups, hot dogs and barbecue pork sandwiches, along with
a variety of salads and desserts.
