Valerie Torres, 34, was arrested on a charge of contempt of court at the police division.
At Meijer, 2111 E. Wooster St., shoes were reported stolen by a juvenile on Jan. 17. The matter was
forwarded to the juvenile prosecutor.

A vehicle was damaged in the 200 block of North Main Street.
Following an incident at Walmart, 131 W. Gypsy Lane Road, Karl Hinshaw was arrested for theft/shoplifting
and posted bond on station.
Several pieces of jewelry were reportedly taken from inside a home in the 300 block of Parkview Drive.

At Circle K, a juvenile reportedly stole items from the store. The matter was forwarded to the juvenile
prosecutor.
Following an incident at Walmart, 131 W. Gypsy Lane Road, a warrant for theft/shoplifting was issued for
Stephanie Scheidemantle, 32, BG. She was later arrested.
Ahmad Jacobs, 21, was arrested on a charge of criminal damaging/endangering.
Jonathyn Hall, 24, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct from Bowling Green Municipal Court.
Deborah Westcott, 44, was arrested on a charge of contempt of court.

Danielle Woods, 34, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct from Bowling Green Municipal Court.

Damien Schooner, 28, was arrested for violation of a protection order at the Wood County Sheriff’s
Office.
At Walmart, 131 E. Gypsy Lane Road, Zachary Palmer-Nickols, 29, was arrested for burglary.
Following an incident in the 300 block of High Street, Steven Smith, 49, was charged with menacing and
taken to jail.
On Jan. 20, three unlocked vehicles were entered and items were taken from them in the 200 block of South
Grove Street and the 300 block of Ordway Avenue.
In the 500 block of North Wintergarden Road, an unknown subject entered and unlocked vehicle and took a
key.
A wallet and small clutch were taken from a purse in the 900 block of South Main Street.
A bike was reported stolen from outside of the Wood County District Public Library, 251 N. Main St.

Theft from a vehicle was reported in the 2000 block of East Napoleon Road.

Jan. 18 citations:
Speed, expired registration: Henry Lewis, Perrysburg.
A caller in the 1000 block of Elmore Road, Pemberville, reported two male subjects in two canoes in the
Portage River shooting from the watercrafts on Jan. 15.
Theft of a semi truck was reported at Casey’s Sales & Service, 13625 Deshler Road, North
Baltimore, on Jan. 15.

Driving under suspension, no front plate: Vicky Heiserman Fostoria.
Speed: Stephanie Wagner, Fostoria.
Property damage was reported in the area of West Street and West Second Street, Grand Rapids, in which a
vehicle reportedly struck a sign belonging to a church.
Slashed tires on a vehicle were reported in the 13000 block of Center Street, Weston.
A vehicle was reportedly struck in a parking lot in the 1000 block of Carrie Lane, rural Fostoria.
In the 1000 block of Carrie Lane, rural Fostoria, a vehicle reportedly struck a fire hydrant and then
fled the scene..
