Kay Jewelers opened its store in Bowling Green  in October, and its celebration of all things shiny
continues with a guest appreciation event starting Thursday.
Located at 1107 S. Main St., Suite 100, the “Every kiss begins with Kay” company held its ribbon cutting
ceremony last Tuesday.
The store’s manager, Shannon Furlong, said they offer the company’s full line of products and services.
Inspection of jewelry is offered on all pieces no matter where they were purchased.
“We have been reaching out to all the people in the area,” Furlong said, noting they will do cleaning and
inspection of any diamonds and other pieces of jewelry.
They will also repair watches and can make custom pieces to the shopper’s design.
The manager said they offer the complete line of Kay Jewelers brands including its new Ever Us
collection, which focuses on a two-diamond centerpiece.
Also available are Tolkowsky, Leo and Neil Lane diamonds, as well as the Jane Seymour collection and the
“chocolate” diamonds that feature darker stones.
Both Furlong and her assistant manager, Matt Bozmoff, have been with Kay for at least three years and are
certified diamontologists.
The store offers both in-house financing and lay-away plans for customers.
“One of our popular services is taking an older piece of jewelry, possibly an inherited piece and we can
make it like new again,” Furlong said.
Bozmoff said the store will have a guest appreciation celebration Thursday through Sunday, with sales on
promotional items.
“We are really happy to be here and the people are also happy we are here,” Furlong said.
Bozmoff added, “People are finding us mostly through word of mouth, and that is very good.”
The store is open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sundays.
