Otsego’s boys basketball team snapped a three-game losing streak with a 52-41 win over Woodmore Thursday
night in a Northern Buckeye Conference contest.
Mitchell Downs scored 16 points to lead the Knights, and Parker Vollmar added 15 as Otsego improved to
8-7 overall and 4-5 in the NBC.
The Knights used a 15-7 advantage in the third quarter to break a 24-24 halftime tie.
Woodmore is 5-10, 3-6.

Genoa 58, Elmwood 46
In Genoa, Elmwood was outscored 37-24 in the second half of the NBC loss.
The Royals led 22-21 at halftime but Genoa bounced back with a 17-10 third quarter to take the lead.
Nate Uzelac led the Royals with 19 points and Tayte Lentz had 13.
Elmwood is 9-5 overall and 4-5 in the NBC. Genoa is 10-4, 7-2.
