Accidents occurred:
Dec. 27
•    At 23820 Ohio 64, Middleton Township. Kenneth Height, BG, was cited for assured clear distance ahead
after a collision with Holly Meyer, Luckey.
An incident in which a customer failed to pay for $59 in gas was reported in the 100 block of North
Findlay Street, Haskins.
Dec. 28 citations:
Failure to reinstate, no operator’s license, marked lanes: Kyle Teel, Rudolph.

•    At the 4000 block of Rudolph Road, Henry Township. Anthony Winter, Delphos, was cited for assured
clear distance ahead after a collision with Barry Gale, Canton, Michigan. None of the parties, including
Gale’s three passengers, reported injury.
•    At Sugar Ridge Road, east of Carter Road. Jonna Nissen, Luckey, was cited for reasonable control
after her vehicle lost control on snow and went into a ditch.
A Portage resident reported that an unknown subject store their bank account information and made
purchases.
On Dec. 29, a hit-skip crash, involving a vehicle which struck and damaged a fence, was reported in the
19000 block of Ohio 25, rural BG.
Vandalism was reported Dec. 29 at a property in the 8000 block of Rudolph Road, Rudolph.
The tires of a vehicle were reported slashed in the 6000 block of Huffman Road, Cygnet.

Dec. 31 citations:
Right of way when turning left: Rachel Jones-Miller, 28.
Underage possession, possession of marijuana, marijuana paraphernalia: Garrett Hedrick, 19.
In the 1000 block of Fairview Avenue, Damien Schooner, 28, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence
and taken to jail.
An unwanted subject was reported in the 800 block of South Main Street. The subject left prior to the
arrival of police.
At Taco Bell, 320 E. Wooster St., an intoxicated female reportedly passed out at the scene. An ambulance
was called but she refused treatment and was released to family members.
In the 600 block of East Napoleon Road, April Iannantuono, 24, was arrested on a warrant from the
Fostoria Police Department.
