Perrysburg man faces domestic violence charges
PERRYSBURG — A man was arrested for domestic violence Saturday after police responded to a call in the
26000 block of Riverford Drive.
According to a Perrysburg police report, officers responded to a residence in the 26000 block of
Riverford Drive after a 911 call about a possible intruder in the garage.
The report indicates that a resident of the home, Michael Black, 34, Perrysburg, was subsequently taken
to the Mercy Emergency Room for self-sustained injuries and was then arrested for domestic violence.
Two treated after Perrysburg crash
PERRYSBURG — Two people were taken to the University of Toledo Medical Center Friday following a traffic
crash at West Seventh Street and Louisiana Avenue.
Perrysburg Police report that at 1:13 p.m. Christopher Lewandowski Jr., Perrysburg, was eastbound in the
100 block of West Seventh Street when he failed to stop for the posted stop sign at Louisiana Avenue.

Upon entering the intersection, he was struck by a vehicle driven by Catherine Mulkey, Perrysburg, who
was northbound on Louisiana Avenue.
Mulkey reported possible injuries and her passenger, Ruth Mulkey, Perrysburg, reported non-incapacitating
injuries. Both were taken to the hospital by Perrysburg EMS.
Lewandowski was cited for a stop sign violation.
Sexual assault incident reported in Rossford
ROSSFORD — A sexual assault incident was reported in the city on Monday.
The Wood County Sheriff’s Office received a report of the incident at 3:05 p.m., indicating that a
17-year-old female had been sexually assaulted in Rossford. An exact address was not provided.

PERRYSBURG — The Cake Walkin’ Jass Band will perform Thursday at 7 p.m. on the Commodore Schoolyard lawn,
140 E. Indiana Ave., in conjunction  with the farmers market.
