Troy-Webster Auxiliary
Betty Briggs, president, opened the Troy-Webster Auxiliary meeting June 3 with 15 members present
Shirley Rothenbuhler offered the opening prayer. Members then recited the Pledge of Allegiance and
Preamble.
Marie Thomas, Pampered Chef consultant, showed the various products available for purchase. The auxiliary
would receive 20 percent of sales.
Due to time constraints, a motion was made to dispense with the reading of the May minutes.
Donna Rolf, treasurer, gave the financial report. The report was approved and placed on file for audit.

Shirley Davis thanked those who helped with placing poppies on the graves at the Luckey Cemetery. With
the addition of more graves, more help is needed in the future to complete this project.
Eloise Brinker, education chairman, reported that a book titled “America – The Making of a Nation” has
been donated to the Luckey Library. She also reported that $10 was given to the top readers in the
Eastwood Middle School.
Emery, the emergency fund pig was circulated to collect donations.
Get well cards were signed by unit members for Gerry Levorchick and Delores Ballard.
Thank you notes were read from the Northwest Ohio Hospice, the Heilman Family, Luckey Elementary School
and the Eastwood Choir and Band directors for the monetary donations.
Following the business meeting, Ruth Peters, installing officer, proceeded with the installation of the
2015-2016 officers.
Shirley Rothenbuhler gave the prayers.
Meeting adjourned.
A salad smorgasbord was served by the past presidents.
The next meeting will be a joint meeting with the Legion members July 14 beginning at 6:30 p.m. with a
potluck. Buckeye Boys State and Buckeye Girls State delegates will give their reports.
