CINCINNATI (AP) — Law enforcement officials in southwest Ohio say an inmate escaped from a minimum
security treatment facility for about three hours before deputies found him.
The Hamilton County sheriff’s office says 31-year-old Charles Martin escaped from the Woodburn Turning
Point facility in Cincinnati just after 6:30 Thursday evening.
Sheriff’s deputies found Martin around 9:45 Thursday night about eight miles from the treatment facility.

Martin was in custody for disorderly conduct, child neglect and possession of drug abuse instruments. The
Hamilton County sheriff’s office says he has also been charged with escape and has been transported to
the county jail.
