Bowling Green State University will welcome high school musicians and music educators to campus for the
57th Annual High School Honor Band and Director’s Clinic next week. The clinic runs from Jan. 22 through
Jan. 24.
Guest conductors are Dr. Timothy Mahr, from St. Olaf College and George Edge, conductor of the Columbus
Youth Symphonic Band.
The clinic features presentations, rehearsals, guest retailers, a High School Honor Band, and
performances.
Concerts include the BGSU Wind Symphony on Jan. 23 at 8 p.m. in Kobacker Hall in the Moore Center for the
Musical Arts, and on Jan. 24 the BGSU Concert Band at 2:30 p.m. and the High School Honors Band at 3:30
p.m. in Kobacker.
