A fighting incident was reported in City Lot 1. One person was reportedly taken to the hospital.
In City Lot 4, Demarcus Taylor, 21, Toledo, was arrested for criminal mischief; Frederick Scott Jr.,
Toledo, was arrested for underage under the influence; and Jermaine Brown Jr., Toledo, was arrested for
criminal mischief. All were taken to jail.
Theft of a cell phone was reported in the 900 block of Klotz Road.
In the 1700 block of East Wooster Street, Ricci Kelly, 51, Lincoln Park, Michigan was arrested on two
felony warrants out of Florida. He was also cited for unauthorized plates, driving under suspension,
possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Criminal damaging was reported at a residence in the 800 block of Seventh Street.
