Six arrested in prostitution stingPERRYSBURG – Six people were arrested during a prostitution
sting in the city Thursday.The operation took place at a hotel on Fremont Pike.The Wood County Sheriff’s
Office, the Perrysburg Police Division, and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation
conducted the human trafficking enforcement operation.Arrested for promoting prostitution, a
fourth-degree felony, was Laron Gregory, 33, Toledo.Arrested for solicitation prostitution, a
third-degree misdemeanor, were: Carl Kelly, 44, Whitehouse; Dennis Mahon, 54, Toledo; Michael Palmer,
37, Ida., Mich.; and James Tyrrell, 33, Bowling Green.Arrested for attempted solicitation prostitution,
a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, was Mounir Boutros, 50, Sylvania.Bowling Green robbery reportedA man
was reportedly struck by another man and robbed in the city Thursday.Bowling Green police were informed
of the incident at 6:17 p.m.A man reported that he was knocked down by an unknown male while walking
northbound on South Prospect Street in the area of East Wooster Street.When he arrived home after the
incident, he reportedly realized that his money and prescription medication were missing.The also
complained of neck and back pain, and an ambulance was dispatched.BG leaf pickup set to concludeThe
final sweep of leaves in Bowling Green will begin Monday morning.Work will begin in the Third Ward, move
to the Fourth Ward, and finish in the Second and First wards.Leaves should be curbside by 7 a.m. Monday.
Once the crews leave a street, they will not return.Leaves that are not curbside in time may be taken
