Warrant issued in meth production case at Luckey

LUCKEY – The Wood County Sheriffs’ Office has identified a village man as a suspect in an ongoing
Methamphetamine production investigation.Jack VanCamp, 39, is wanted on a felony warrant for drug abuse from
the Wood County Court of Common Pleas. His whereabouts are currently unknown.The Wood County Special
Response Team, assisted by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation and the Luckey
Police, executed a search warrant at VanCamp’s residence, in the 200 block of Adams Street, Luckey, on
Monday.Evidence of manufacture of meth was reportedly found in the search.The residence was not occupied at
the time of the search.The investigation has reportedly been ongoing for approximately two months.Those with
information that may lead to VanCamp’s arrest are asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office or local law
enforcement.
