while funneling nearly$200,000 to two congressional campaigns will not stand trial until 2014.ThePlain

trial of 72-year-old BenjaminSuarez of Canton for June 2.Suarez is charged with violatingcampaign finance
laws, obstructing justice, conspiracy counts, makingfalse statements and witness tampering. He denies the
charges.TheFBI questioned employees of Suarez Corporation Industries last yearabout donations to two
Republicans, U.S. Rep. James Renacci(reh-NAY’-see) and state treasurer Josh Mandel (man-DEHL’), who
wasrunning for the U.S. Senate. Renacci and Mandel each returned at least$100,000 in campaign
