COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — The director of the Ohio EnvironmentalProtection Agency says his decision to
seek the resignation of thedepartment’s former water chief was not forced by Gov. John Kasich.The Columbus

reported director Scott Nally says the resignation hesought from George Elmaraghy was a "strategic
change."Nally says the issue aroused from the agency’s inability to enactcertain regulations, some of
