Open house, horse adoptionMILLBURY – The Healing Barn is holding its annual open house/horse
adoption event at 27731 Bradner Road on Oct. 5, from noon to 4 p.m.The event will showcase their rescue
horses, and horses available for adoption.There will be a silent auction, door prizes, food and

Soil and Water Conservation District will be hosting its local work group meeting Oct. 7 at 9 a.m. in
the WSWCD conference room at 1616 E. Wooster St., Unit 32.The office is located inside the
"Courtyard" at the Greenwood Center which is located directly across from the BGSU football
stadium.The goal of the meeting is to receive input on the county’s natural resource concerns and
