Four Virginia residents were indicted by a Wood County grand jury Wednesday in a July 18 drug
trafficking case.Indicted were William Hill, 49, Pulaski, Va.; Angela Trail, 41, Dublin, Va.; Charles Smith,
41, Pulaski, Va.; and Trenelaqui Smith, 36, Pulaski, Va., on felony charges of trafficking in marijuana,
aggravated possession of drugs, possession of drugs, and possession of marijuana.Court documents indicate
that a vehicle carrying the four was stopped at an Interstate 280 exit in Lake Township by authorities. They
were found to have up to 1,000 grams of marijuana, as well as vicodin and percocet, in their possession.Also
indicted on trafficking and related charges were:• Thodis Brown, 34, Detroit, aggravated trafficking,
trafficking in heroin, aggravated possession of drugs, and possession of criminal tools for a June 19
incident in Stony Ridge. Brown reportedly had up to five grams of heroin in his possession.• Edward Huckaby
III, 30, Toledo, possession of criminal tools, trafficking in marijuana and possession of marijuana for a
July 16 incident at Ohio 795 and Interstate 75 in Perrysburg involving up to 1,000 grams of marijuana.•
Altonieo Thornton, 19, Cincinnati, and Maurice Wallace, 39, Cincinnati, for possessing criminal tools,
trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin in a July 5 incident on Interstate 75 southbound in Bowling
Green. Up to 250 grams of heroin were involved.The grand jury additionally handed up bills of information on
the following individuals:• Amanda Jo Briner, 27, Wayne, forgery.• Daniel Castner, 33, Toledo, forgery.•
Mary Eberly, 37, Clyde, aggravated possession of drugs.• Mark Hardy, 52, Detroit, forgery.• Adrian Hirsch,
24, Grand Rapids, Mich., aggravated possession of drugs.• Heather Seragusa, 38, Bowling Green, trafficking
in marijuana.• Mattison Sigler, 23, Wayne, forgery.
