Falcon golfers finish 18thPOWELL, Ohio — Bowling Green State University’s Patricia Holt and
Shelby Wilson finished 18th in the Pure Silk Women’s Collegiate two-player team championship.A total of
42 teams competed.Holt and Wilson finished with a 23-over par total.In the three rounds of the
tournaments the BG duo shot a 79 in the alternate shot; 72 in best ball; and 160 in team stroke
play.BGSU men’s soccer pickscaptainsJoey D’Agostino, Brandon Silva and Michael Wiest will serve as
tri-captains of the 2013 Bowling Green State University men’s soccer team.The captains were chosen by a
vote of team members.Rossford girls softball plans golf outingROSSFORD — The Rossford High School girls
softball team is planning its 11th annual golf outing on Aug. 10 at Chippewa Golf Course.The event has
an 8 a.m. shotgun start.The $65 entry fee includes golf, cart and dinner at the Rossford American
Legion. Golfers can enter as individuals or as a foursome.Proceeds from the event will help fund the

competition is being sponsored by the Geary Family YMCA on Aug. 17 at 10 a.m.The competition is free and
open to boys and girls ages 6-15. Age classification is as of Dec. 31 at 11:59 p.m. local time of the
current year.It will be held in Fostoria Municipal Stadium.The top finishers from each of ten (10) age
groups at the local competition will advance to a sectional competition. The winners at the sectional
competition will have their scores compared with other sectional champions. The top four scorers from
