Gale R. Riggs, 66, of McClure, died Monday, July 22, 2013.Born September 22, 1946 in Ann
Arbor, Michigan to late Raymond Gale and Dorothy (Mitchell) Riggs. On April 13, 1981 he married
Jackalean "Jackie" Gray.He was a farmer and truck driver for Tem-Cole Radish, McClure. He was
a member of Teamsters Local 20, Toledo and former president of McClure Village Council.A loving husband,
father and grandfather; his family considered him a "work-aholic" and "pack-rat,"
and appreciated his interest in politics and genealogy.Survived by his wife, Jackie; children, Rae Lynn
Riggs; Ronnie Seegert; Rachel (Greg) Garrett; Danny Riggs; Shannon (Rhonda) Rhoads; 14 grandchildren and
4 great grandchildren.Services are 2 p.m., Saturday at Rodenberger Funeral Home, McClure. Burial will
follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Grand Rapids.Visitation is 10 a.m – 2 p.m., Saturday, prior to the
