career-long 100 percent voting record intact.Gardner, who represents Fulton, Lucas, Wood, Ottawa and Erie
counties in the Senate, did not miss any roll call votes during the first half of 2013 (149 votes). He has

since 1985, bringing his consecutive voting streak to 9,281 votes."It is a great honor to represent

by increased funding for schools and tax cuts for citizens and small businesses. In addition, the budget
provides more attention for Lake Erie and stronger support for veterans."Gardner is serving this year
as chairman of the Finance Subcommittee on Education in addition to the Senate Transportation Committee and
the Workforce Development Committee, among others.
