Perrysburg Twp. joins new gas aggregation deal

LIME CITY – Perrysburg Township has entered into a new gas aggregation venture.At last week’s
board of trustees meeting, the township voted to terminate its membership in the Northwest Ohio Aggregation
Coalition (NOAC) and entered into a contract with Buckeye Energy Brokers.Buckeye Energy Brokers procured an
offer from Volunteer Energy Services Inc. (VESI) for aggregation pricing that is more cost effective for the
township by nearly three cents per 100 cubic feet of gas, the usual billing unit. The pricing is guaranteed
for two years.According to a press release "across the board, households and small businesses will
experience cash savings and stability in pricing as a result of a guaranteed locked in rate. Savings will
