A 41-year-old man has been charged with three counts of rape involving a then-11-year-old girl
between June 1 and Sept. 1, 2000. Two Lucas County residents were each charged with failure to comply with
an order of a signal of a police officer: One was a Toledo man indicted in regard to an early morning high
speed chase on Feb. 22 and the other an Oregon woman for a Feb. 13 incident.These defendants were among 20
people indicted by the March 20 session of the Wood County Grand Jury.Court documents did not indicate the
residence of Leonel Reynoso, who is facing the three rape charges. All three counts are charged as
first-degree felonies.He is listed as being in custody at the Wood County jail, being held on a $75,000
bond.According to officers’ reports, 29-year-old Michael C. George of Toledo led Perrysburg Township Police
and the Ohio Highway Patrol on a high speed chase for nearly 30 minutes in the early morning hours Feb. 22,
which took officers on Interstates 75 and 475, U.S. Route 6, Ohio 199 before finally being stopped on
Emerson Road west of West Millgrove.At various times George was clocked at 99 miles per hour and in excess
of 100.Meganne L. McGill, 22, of Oregon, was indicted for failure to comply with an order or signal of a
police officer for her high speed chase on Interstate 75 on Feb. 13. The report indicated she reached 120
mph at one point. Her blood alcohol was listed at 0.17, more than twice the legal limit. During the chase
she allegedly caused extensive damage to an Ohio State Patrol car.Also indicted was Justin A. Morel, 24, of
Risingsun with two counts of obstructing justice. According to the indictment he is alleged to have
attempted to "hinder the discovery, apprehension, prosecution, conviction or punishment of another for
a crime or to assist another benefit from the commission of a crime."Both Morel and his brother, Jacob,
22, also of Risingsun, are co-defendants in a 2011 case as both are charged with robbery and felonious
assault. The indictment did not indicate if the new charges are related to either case.Others indicted
include:• Two Florida men, Xzaiver Juanell Hardiman, 22, of Stockton, Fla., and Jordan Akil Adams, 21, of
Sarasota, Fla., co-defendants each for burglary in regard to a Nov. 4, 2012 incident.• Randolph Kinder, 44,
of Deshler, for tampering with evidence in regard to removing two buckets from a Jerry City Road barn. The
buckets allegedly contained items used for the manufacturing of methamphetamines.• Craig R. Myers, 44,
listed in jail, for retaliation.• Brandon J. Kluge, 28, of Ypsilanti, Mich., for a Jan. 25 burglary.• Ryan
Parks, 30, of Toledo, for failure to appear as required by recognizance.• Brian Edward Hutchison, 26, of
Bowling Green, for trafficking in marijuana, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture
of drugs and drug possession.• Listed as co-defendants Timothy Dean, 25, of Risingsun and Jarret Tyson, 25,
of Toledo. Dean was indicted with four felony counts, trafficking in drugs, cocaine and heroin and
possession of heroin. Tyson was charged with complicity in trafficking in cocaine and possession of heroin.•
Dustin C. Deffenbaugh, 29, of Weston, for trafficking in heroin.• Charles Archie Cowan, 24, of Lima, for
operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them.• Joshua
Mayer, 23, and Jennifer Ann Main, 19, both of Luckey, as co-defendants, each with possession of heroin.•
Kejuan L. Hayes, 24, of Toledo, having weapons while under disability, possession of cocaine and possession
of heroin.• A 29-year-old Rossford man, currently listed in Wood County jail, for domestic violence for a
Feb. 28 incident.In addition to those indicted, bills of information were handed up for three individuals:•
Joshua Baker, 21, of Northwood, for breaking and entering in regard to a Feb. 25 break-in at Woodbury Market
on Woodville Road in Lake Township.• Katelyn M. Osburn, 21, of Sylvania for possession of drugs.• A
41-year-old Luckey man for domestic violence.
