after officers found her3-year-old son wandering in a street.They say it’s third time that’s happened since
October.Police in Elyria (eh-LEER’-ee-uh) say the boy’s mother is charged with child endangering.Officers
say they recognized the boy because of similar incidents.The last time they found him they say he left the
