Wood County residents indicted for domestic violence, sexual harassment, endangering children

Three Wood County residents have been indicted for alleged crimes against others.
Adolfo Mariscal Lopez, 27, of Weston, is alleged to have entered the Weston Marathon
Station on July 22 at 9:15 p.m. and sexually harassed a 20-year-old female
employee. He further held her in a closet, grabbed her and attempted to kiss
her. The victim had to use physical force to escape from him.
Subsequently, he returned to the station, when she was able to get his license plate.
Authorities were able to contact him. He cooperated and the victim positively
identified him.
His crime as charged is a fourth-degree felony offense. He is free on a $1,500 bond.

Jennifer Post, 37, of rural Perrysburg, was indicted with one count of endangering
children.
According to the indictment, she "did recklessly create a substantial risk to
the heal or safety" of teen female between Sept. 30 and Oct. 20. The
indictment further states the action resulted in serious physical harm to the
victim. Her charge is a third-degree felony.
Post is listed as a co-defendant of Bryan Post, 47, of Curtice.
In November, he was indicted for one county of rape. He was also charged with one
count of sexual battery and one count of gross sexual imposition.
The imposition charge is alleged to have occurred between June and September in 2009
with the same victim. At that time the she would have been age 12.
Both the battery and the rape charges involve the same victim between Sept. 30 and
Oct. 20 this year.
The battery and imposition charges are third-degree felonies; while the rape is a
first-degree offense.
He has been arraigned and has entered not guilty pleas to all charges. He is set for
a pre-trial hearing on Jan. 11.
Also, a 22-year-old Fostoria man was indicted for domestic violence as well as
disrupting public services. He allegedly struck the victim in the face and
banged her head against the wall three times on Nov. 28. The indictment
indicates he had a misdemeanor conviction for domestic violence involving the
same victim in July through the Bowling Green Municipal Court. He also has a
similar charge through Findlay Municipal Court on Dec. 12, 2011.
He is also alleged to have grabbed her cell phone and broke it as she was attempting
to call the police for help.
The new domestic violence charge is a third-degree felony, while the disrupting
charge is a fourth-degree offense.
