Three charged with theft at Lowe’s store

PERRYSBURG – Township police arrested three for theft and numerous other offenses.
Dispatched advised a theft had occurred Dec. 15 at the Lowe’s store on Fremont Pike at 2:50 p.m. The
suspected vehicle was a silver SUV, which was stopped at a red light on U.S. 20. A Perrysburg Township
police officer was in the area, on Route 20 at Simmons Road, stopped the Saturn Vue and arrested three
of the four occupants, all from Detroit.
Robert Fleming, 61, was charged with petty theft and displaying a fictitious operator’s licence. Rick R.
Graham, 26, was charged with petty theft and obstructing official business. Charges for these two men
are misdemeanors.
Dacell R. Miller, 22, was charged with petty theft, obstructing business, failure to comply with a police
officer and felonious assault. These are felony charges. Miller remains in the Wood County jail.
A fourth person in the vehicle, a woman, was not charged.
