The Great Decisions discussion series will again be offered in 2013. Sessions will be
held on Saturday mornings, Jan. 19 to Feb. 15, at the Wood County Senior Center
in Bowling Green.
Great Decisions, the largest discussion program on world issues, is co-hosted locally
by the Wood County Committee on Aging, the BG branch of the American Association
of University Women, and the Bowling Green Women’s Club.
The Great Decisions series highlights six of the most thought-provoking foreign
policy challenges facing Americans each year. Great Decisions provides
background information, current data and policy options for each issue and
serves as a focal text for the next week’s discussion group.
Registration is required due to limited seating. WCCOA requires the registering
person’s name and phone number in case of cancellations due to inclement
weather.
Manuals are available through advance ordering. A mandatory payment of $20 is
required upon placing an order and all manuals must be purchased by Jan. 13. You
