• at West Boundary Street and West Indiana Avenue. Jerry Vanetten, Toledo, was cited
for assured clear distance ahead after striking a vehicle driven by Kathy
Costic, Toledo.
June 12
• at Carronade Drive and Fremont Pike. Norma Fish, Perrysburg, was cited for failure
to yield from a private drive following a collision with a vehicle driven by
Carmela Ramos-Chism, Wayne.
•` at Eckel Junction Road and Oakmont Drive. Kaitlyn Dimmerling, Perrysburg, was
cited for assured clear distance after striking a vehicle driven by Timothy
Oakley, Perrysburg.
June 13
• at mile 3 North I-475. Laurie Morbitzer, Swanton, was cited for assured clear
distance ahead after initiating an accident also involving vehicles driven by
Nicholas Clemons, Toledo, and Rebecca Broderick, Maumee.

Tires were reportedly damaged in the 1000 block of Walnut Street.
A credit card fraud incident was reported in the city.

Expired registration – Cortney Monaghan, Perrysburg.
Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported in the 12300 block of WaterStone Lane.
The matter was referred to a detective.
June 13 incidents:
Cameron Tafelski, Perrysburg, was arrested and issued a summons for furnishing
alcohol to persons under the are of 21 in the 1400 block of Rivercrest Drive.

Criminal mischief was reported at a residence in the 26500 block of Carrington
Boulevard.
A vehicle was vandalized in the area of Berkshire Drive ad South Ridge Drive. Another
was damaged in the 14100 block of Eckel Junction Road.
Louice Luna, Toledo, was arrested in the 26400 block of North Dixie Highway on a
contempt warrant from Perrysburg Municipal Court.

Damage to multiple vehicles parked in the street was reported in the 26400 block of
Carronade Drive.
Kendall Trabbic, BG, was arrested on a warrant for contempt from Perrysburg Municipal
Court.
In the 100 block of Birchcrest Drive, a mailbox was reportedly struck by an unknown
vehicle.
Marlena Perez, Perrysburg, was arrested on a Perrysburg contempt warrant.
