are hereby notified that Bruce L. Roberts died on May 5, 2012, and that
the decedent’s Will was admitted to probate by the Probate Division of
the Court of Common Pleas of Wood County, Ohio on May 29, 2012, and that
on that date Lucy K. Anton was appointed Executrix of the decedent’s

COUNTY REGIONAL AIRPORT
AUTHORITY Sealed bids will be received until 11:00
a.m. (local time), Wednesday,
July 11, 2012, and then publicly opened and read in the Office of the
Wood County Regional Airport, 1261 E. Poe Rd., Bowling Green, OH 43402
for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, and performing all
work necessary for 3 separate capital projects as listed below: INSTALL
HOLD POSITION SIGNS (UNLIGHTED) (12640-01S) which includes
installing unlit hold position signs on the airfield. The engineer’s estimate
for this project is $26,000. REHABILITATE RUNWAYS (CRACK SEAL)
(12640-01P) which includes routing and sealing cracks in the
runway pavements. The
engineer’s estimate for the base bid of the project is $30,000.00
HANGAR AREA DEVELOPMENT – PHASE 1 (12640-02)
including site work, drainage improvements, pavement rehabilitation and
expansion, and turf restoration at the Wood County Regional Airport.
The engineer’s estimate for the base bid of the project is $40,000.
Copies of the Bid Documents for all 3 separate projects including
Project Drawings and Technical Specifications will be on file beginning
June 20, 2012 and may be inspected at: Wood County Regional Airport,
1261 E. Poe Rd., Bowling Green, Ohio 43402 and Crawford, Murphy &

from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids
prior to award of contract. The right is reserved, as Wood County
Regional Airport Authority may require, to reject any and all bids and
to waive any informality or irregularity in the bids received.
This
project is subject to the requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act as
amended. The Contractor is required to comply with wage and labor
provisions and to pay minimum wages in accordance with the schedule of
wage rates established by the US Department of Labor. Award of contract
is also subject to the following Federal provision: Equal Employment
