Lenore M. McKenzie, 98, of Grand Rapids, OH, died Monday, January 23, 2012 at Bowling
Green Manor, Bowling Green, OH.
Lenore was born in on September 12, 1913 to the late Orrie and Sadie (Mitchell)
Myers. On Oct 8, 1931, she married Robert L. McKenzie, who preceded her in death
on June 17, 1973.
She was a housewife, mother of three, grandmother of nine, great-grandmother of 21
and great-great-grandmother of six.
She was a member of Alva N. Sidle Post #232, American Legion Auxiliary, Grand Rapids.
She enjoyed gardening, playing cards, and reading many many books.
She is survived by two daughters: Darlene Brueshaber of Bowling Green, Roberta (Bob)
Kane of McClure; son: Raymond (Marsha) McKenzie of Liberty Center;
sisters-in-law: Ellouise Myers of Waterville and Sally Myers of Bowling Green.

Besides her parents and husband, Lenore was preceded in death by five brothers:
Marvin, Melvin, Adam, Oren and Lloyd; two sisters: Alma Hazlett and Doris Wulff;
granddaughter: Julie Kane; great-grandson: Ronnie Brueshaber.
Friends and family will be received at the Wright-Habegger Funeral Home, 24084 West
2nd St., Grand Rapids OH, 43522, on Friday January 27, 2012 from 10 a.m. until
the time of the service at 1 p.m. Burial will follow service at Mt. Pleasant
Cemetery.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Bowling Green Manor, Bowling
Green, OH or a charity of the donor’s choice.
