Rose has been an auctioneer and Realtor for 12 years, and has been buying and selling homes for 30 years.
He is a member of Findlay Heartland Board of Realtors and the Bowling Green/Toledo Board of Realtors. He
is a probate-approved auctioneer for Wood and Lucas counties.
Rose said there are several challenges in the business.
"The fluctuation in today’s economic climate makes the buying and selling process very
challenging," he said. "Many times we are finding homeowners wanting to sell but now owe more
than their home is worth. We are able to offer several different programs for each situation by
traditional listing, auction and short sale."
