Paul H. Krukemyer, age 80, of Pemberville, OH passed away on Tuesday morning, November 8, 2011 at St.
Luke’s Hospital, Maumee, OH.
He was born on June 12, 1931 in Pemberville, OH to Arnold and Esther (Hille) Krukemyer. Paul married
Dorothea "Dot" Mann on November 25, 1955 in Dubois, IN and she survives.
He was a life-long farmer and had also been a substitute Bus Driver for the Eastwood Local School
District.
His memberships include: Abiding Word Evangelical Lutheran Church of Bowling Green, where he was also a
past church councilman and Luther League member, past board member for Eastwood Local Schools and former
Woodville Legion band member.
Paul’s life was his family and farming and in his spare time was an avid sports fan of both the Detroit
Tigers and The Ohio State University football.
Surviving Paul along with wife, Dot, are sons: Gary (Deborah) Krukemyer, Terry (Jessica) Krukemyer both
of Pemberville, Dale (Darlene) Krukemyer of Bowling Green, Dean (Rebecca) Krukemyer of Pemberville,
grandchildren: Amber (Will) Windom, Heidi (Alan) Perkins, Tricia (Stephen) Barr, Lena Krukemyer, Adam
Krukemyer, David Krukemyer, Molly Krukemyer, Anna Krukemyer, Sarah and Claire Krukemyer,
stepgrandchildren: John Fredericks, Gabe Fredericks, Daniel Jackson, two great-grandchildren: Jaxon
Windom, Ginger Windom, sister: Phyllis (Carl) Bensch of Oak Harbor, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother: Warren (Margaret) Krukemyer and nephew: Kenneth
Krukemyer.
Family and friends will be received on Friday, November 11, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Marsh
Funeral Home, 4094 State Route 105, Pemberville, OH. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday,
November 12, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. from Abiding Word Evangelical Lutheran Church, Bowling Green, OH, with
additional visitation from 9:30 a.m. until time of services. Officiating will be Rev. Luke Ulrich.
Interment will be in Fish Cemetery, New Rochester, OH. There will be a bereavement luncheon served at
the church immediately following the cemetery committal services.
