NOTICE The Bradner Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a
public hearing October 17, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 130
N. Main St., Bradner, OH. The Board will hear the request for a variance
from Jean Fields, 207 N. Main St., Bradner, OH. A variance is being
requested from the Bradner Zoning Ordinance that requires the fence
height in the front yard of four feet and for the set back requirement
for the placement of a carport. Maps and text are available for viewing
at the Bradner Village Hall Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. through 4:00
p.m.
