Bill "Junior" Tatham of North Baltimore and Celina will celebrate his 90th birthday at an on
open house on Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. at at the North Baltimore Library at 230 N. Main St.
The family requests no gifts.
Tatham was born Aug. 27, 1921 in Hoytville.
