Tai Chi class: Wednesdays, Aug.31 – Oct. 19 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. with certified instructor Ashley
Miller. Cost: $20 for 8 weeks. Tai Chi improves balance, lowers blood pressure, improves arthritis and
