the air conditioning. This project is funded by the permanent improvement funds. Cost estimate:
$695,000.00. Work scheduled to be completed by Aug. 10.
• Perrysburg High School Athletic Facility: phase one beginning with new baseball and softball fields
scheduled to be ready for play in Spring 2012. This project is funded by $105,000 in private donations
and an estimated $290,000 in permanent improvement levy funds. Phase 1 scheduled to be completed in Fall
2011.
• District Network Infrastructure & Communication System: By partnering with NETech, the district
had the opportunity to bundle three planned technology infrastructure upgrades with a new district-wide
VoIP phone system originally scheduled for implementation in three years. This will result in
significant cost-savings from bundling the three projects and will enhance capabilities. Permanent
improvement funds and eRate reimbursement will cover the costs of this project.
"We are grateful that the community has provided us with the tools to invest in our buildings and
continue to enhance the learning environment," stated Tom Hosler, superintendent.
