BG water issues annual report
The annual consumer confidence report of the Bowling Green water treatment plant has been mailed to city
utility customers as a part of the June billing.
The report includes information on the city’s water system, source water information, detected
contaminants, required legal language about contaminants and vulnerable populations, and definitions of
key term used in the report.
Customers who do not receive a copy of the report by July 1, or those who have questions, may contact BG
Utilities at (419) 354-6246 to obtain a copy or call (419) 823-1647 with questions regarding the report.

June NAMI meeting Tuesday
The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Wood County will hold its monthly Family Support Group
meeting Tuesday at 419 Lehman Avenue Suite 3, Bowling Green, at 7 p.m.
Fostoria market day is Saturday
FOSTORIA – The Fostoria Farmers’ Market will be held at the downtown KeyBank lot at 133 W. Tiffin St. on
Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The theme this week is "Red, White & Bloom," and features veterans’ groups and a
patriotic kiddie "Decorate your bike, wagon or stroller" contest and parade.
Fresh local produce is starting to arrive, including raspberries. In addition to flowers and plants,
farm-fresh produce, eggs, baked goods and jams, doggie treats, skincare and kitchen products are
available.
