Bowling Green woman indicted for theft

A Bowling Green woman has been charged with theft involving more than $100,000.
Catherine Pape, 23, of Bowling Green, was indicted for siphoning off funds for her own use from Nov. 1,
2007 through April 2010, all from personal accounts of other family members.
An exact figure was not provided, but it falls in the legal division of more than $100,000 but less than
$500,000.
Her case has been assigned to Judge Robert Pollex with arraignment set for Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.
Pape was among two dozen individuals indicted May 18 by a Wood County Grand Jury.
Robin Love, 49, of Perrysburg, was indicted for inducing panic after she was initially charged and taken
into custody Jan. 29 after she had reportedly barricaded herself into a residence on Eaglecrest Drive,
Perrysburg with a gun, and threatened to harm herself. She was extricated after Wood County Special
Response Team members deployed gas and entered the residence following attempts to negotiate with her.

Others indicted include:
¥ Joseph Bryant, 19, of Oregon and formerly Perrysburg, currently listed in jail, was indicted for
vandalism. The case was connected to a February case when he was indicted for theft.
Theft-related cases were also prevalent in other recent indictments.
Three Michigan men, Eric Orr, 23, of Warren, Mich., Derrick Patton, 41, of Inkster, Mich., and William
Rudolph II, 52, of Dearborn Heights, Mich., were each indicted for theft, forgery and engaging in a
pattern of corrupt activity for their actions in February at Home Depot at the Crossroads, Rossford.
According to court documents, they used a fraudulent Western Union check for $1,000 to purchase
miscellaneous tools.
In separate and unrelated cases, Andre Brown, 31, of Toledo, and Todd Rivers Jr., 19, Perrysburg, were
each indicted for theft.
Rivers is accused of stealing two cameras and equipment from a vehicle valued at $2,000. Brown is alleged
to have purchased two sinks with pedestals, valued at $1,246, using an invalid purchase order number.

In addition to the indictments, three bills of information were issued. Those were:
¥ Thomas Dean, 47, of Portage, for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. He was listed
with five or more previous similar convictions.
¥ Matthew Brown, 40, of Toledo, possession of cocaine.
¥ Brian Boguski, 26, of Findlay, for receiving stolen property after he was found in possession of a
stolen 1998 Ford van.
