Nikki Bauer, Jesse Carnicom wed

PERRYSBURG – Nikki Bauer and Jesse Carnicom were united in marriage April 9 at the Holiday Inn French
Quarter.
Pastor George Alley led the 4:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Bruce and Susie Bauer, Bowling Green. The groom is the son of Jesse Vargas,
Bowling Green, and the late Suzanne Jenkins.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a trumpet-style gown with a sweeetheart neckline, beaded
lace trim, a shirred tulle bodice and sweep train.
Erica Engle of Cincinnati was the maid of honor. She wore a strapless black satin dress with a wide red
sash and pouf skirt.
Bridesmaids, wearing identical dresses, were sister of the groom Candice Vargas and Anita Sharpe, both of
Bowling Green.
Bella Carson of Bowling Green, niece of the groom, was the flower girl. She wore a sleeveless ivory dress
with a pouf skirt.
Ring bearer was Steven Mendieta of Bowling Green, cousin of the groom.
Jeremiah Carson, Bowling Green, served as best man.
Groomsmen were Justin Bauer, brother of the bride, and Steve Vargas, cousin of the groom, Bowling Green.

The newlyweds will make their home in Bloomington, Ind.
The bride graduated from Bowling Green High School in 2002 and Owens Community College in 2007. She is
employed by Allergy and Asthma of Southern Indiana.
The groom, a 2003 BGHS graduate, is employed by Western and Southern Financial Group as agency manager of
Columbus and Bloomington, Ind.
