BG POLICE
Chris A. Rabbani, 22, Bowling Green, was arrested March 21 during a traffic stop after the officer ran
vehicle plates and got a hit for an outstanding warrant. During a search of the vehicle, the officer
found marijuana under the seat; a search of Rabbani turned up five individually-wrapped marijuana buds
in his jacket pocket. He was charged with trafficking in marijuana, a felony, and possession of
marijuana.

Child restraint – Megan Gilbert, Bowling Green.
Speed – Andrew J. Herringshaw, Bowling Green; Henne Petros. Bowling Green; Cynthia Winfrey, Bowling
Green.
No seat belt – Mackenzie Clawson, Bowling Green.
An officer took a highly intoxicated female to her residence in the 400 block of Napoleon Road around
8:55 a.m. and left her in the care of Daniel L. Martinez Jr., Bowling Green. The officer then discovered
Martinez, 27, had a contempt of court warrant through Bowling Green; he was arrested and taken to jail.

Theft: Cash from vehicle, 900 block Klotz Road.
Accident occurred:
March 22:
¥ at 1:18 p.m. near East Wooster Street and Thurstin Avenue. Michael R. Lugabihl, Bloomdale, was cited
for assured clear distance ahead after he struck a vehicle operated by Robert R. Christie Jr., Toledo.

Speed – Joseph T. Bergman Jr., Genoa; Kyle Toska, Whitehouse; Mark A. Phillips, Waterville.
No seat belt – Mingwei Zhong, Bowling Green; Adam Ward, Bowling Green; Kristin Eikenberry, Bowling Green.

No operator’s license – Michael W. Vestal, Bowling Green; Mark M. Baker, Bowling Green.
Earphones/earplugs prohibited – Mark D. Olejownik, Toledo.
Charlotte H. Christ, 25, Rossford, was arrested around 2:30 a.m. after a taxi service called to report an
intoxicated female needing help getting back to Toledo. Christ was charged with disorderly
conduct/unable to care for self, and was taken to jail.
Brian A. Roe, 24, Bowling Green, was arrested for inducing panic and taken to jail around 4:15 a.m. He
reportedly was highly intoxicated, was upset over a previous traffic citation, and made threats to harm
himself.
Sean E. Zachel, 27, Bowling Green, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant and was taken to jail
before being released. He also was warned for telecommunications harassment, which was what took police
to his residence to begin with.

March 23
¥ near the northbound entrance to I-75 at East Wooster Street. Anna D. Lippisch, Bowling Green, was cited
for assured clear distance ahead after she struck the vehicle operated by Nicholas L. Hartman,
Perrysburg.
¥ near North Main Street and Industrial Parkway. Kymshya M. Jones, Bowling Green, was cited for red
light. The other vehicle was operated by Perry W. Vanaken, Wauseon.
