Wee bit o’ Irish for BG Kiwanis
The Bowling Green Kiwanis Club will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with Irish music at its regular weekly
meeting at noon on Thursday at Stone Ridge Golf Club.
Local musicians Bob Midden and Mary Dennis will lead the group with traditional Irish songs.
Free legal clinic Thursday
Neighborhood Legal Services will hold its monthly legal clinic on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Bowling
Green Alliance Church.
Volunteer attorneys will be available to discuss legal matters with those wanting advice. Be sure to be
at the clinic at 5 p.m. so that appropriate forms may be filled out.

Blood drives on Saturday
The American Red Cross will hold two blood drives on Saturday.
One bloodmobile is from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Luckey Ecumenical Council at Luckey American Legion, 335 Park
Drive, Luckey.
The second is from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Zoar Lutheran Church, 314 E. Indiana Ave., Perrysburg.
Walk-ins are welcome.
Fish fry in Grand Rapids
GRAND RAPIDS – Alva N. Sidle Post No. 232, American Legion, will hold a fish fry on Friday. Serving will
be from 5 to 7 p.m. at the post home, 12580 U.S. 24.
The all-you-can-eat meal is $8.
N.B. hosts legion council meeting
NORTH BALTIMORE – Wood County Council, American Legion, will meet March 22 at 7 p.m. at the North
Baltimore American Legion Post No. 539.
All legionnaires are invited to attend.
