Kenneth Frost, 37 is Walbridge’s first full-time police chief in eight
years. Frost was hired in late February and will earn $47,000 a year.
He is the former safety service coordinator/chief of police for the
Sandusky County Park District, Fremont. Before that he was a Fremont
police officer. Frost has two degrees from Tiffin University, a
bachelor’s in criminal justice administration and a master’s in homeland
