Timothy R. McGovern, 25, Toledo, was cited for traffic control device/no exit, and was arrested for
possession of marijuana.
Gregory C. Litzenberg, 22, Bowling Green, was arrested for criminal mischief after he reportedly kicked
and struck a parked vehicle downtown, then staggered through city Lot 1.
