Tim Brown named officer of state commissioners assoc.

Wood County Commissioner Tim Brown has been elected second vice president of the Ohio County
Commissioners Association.
The election was held at the group’s annual winter conference in Columbus.
Brown has served on the board the past two years and has been the chairman of the Association’s General
Government/Legislative Committee as well.
Incoming President David Dhume of Madison County also appointed Brown to chair the Commissioners
& Sheriffs’ Task Force and serve on the Joint Committee on Administration of Elections.
"We must also be open to new and innovative ideas for how state and local government operates. I
look forward to the challenge my election to this leadership position will provide me the next couple of
years, " Brown said.
