Familiar Face: Lt. David Weekley

This week’s familiar face is Lt. David Weekley of the Bowling Green State University Police Department,
who will be retiring Feb. 1 after 32 years of service to BGSU. Weekley spent 14 years in the Army
Reserves as a captain and is also a graduate of BGSU as well as the FBI National Academy. He is a bomb
technician with the Northwest Ohio Bomb Squad. Weekley and his wife, Louise, live in Bowling Green.
After retiring, he plans on going back to school to pursue his master’s degree. (Photo: J.D.
