TOLEDO – St. Rose Catholic Church and the Islamic Center of Greater Toledo, both located in Perrysburg,
are among the churches to be featured in the upcoming documentary "Holy Toledo" which will air
on WGTE.
The show highlights significant and historical places of worship in Toledo and its suburbs.
The original production is a tour of some of the oldest surviving structures which first served the
region’s richly diverse ethnic neighborhoods. The program also takes viewers on a tour of the sacred
landmarks, which many consider marvels, which all serve as monuments to Toledo’s unique heritage.
The show premiers on Thursday at 8 p.m.
