LUCKEY – At the monthly meeting of the Luckey Historical Society President Sally Predmore reported that
25 more 2010 calendars were ordered. They have historical pictures of Luckey years and can be purchased
at the Luckey Bank or Otte’s Plumbing Shop for $15.
Dave Derr gave a report on refurbishing the Town Hall. He said it is in very remarkable good shape for
its age. Diamond windows need to be put in to bring it back to the original look. Painting the outside
will be done in the spring.
The historical society will be holding a bake sale at the Luckey Bank in the afternoon on Dec. 4.
The society meets on the third Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the back of the Luckey Library. The
next meeting is Dec. 17. The public may also check out the group’s Web site at
