We had the pleasure of attending the annual BG Conneaut Elementary School Veterans Day assembly under the
leadership of Principal Lorrain Flick.
The program honored former students currently serving in the military, as well as veterans of family
members of current students.
We would not only like to thank Mrs. Flick for her sincere expression of gratitude to those who chose to
serve our country, but also in educating young students of the sacrifice involved, and in many cases the
ultimate sacrifice made in order for us to enjoy freedom.
This a lesson not often found in today’s text books.
