Snow Ball is tonight at library
The Wood County District Public Library Foundation is throwing a Snow Ball from 7 to 8:30 tonight at the
Wood County District Public Library, 251 N. Main St., Bowling Green.
Children are invited to make a snow man, meet Snow White and learn about the latest in snowboarding gear.

Everyone is invited to this free evening of stories, music, crafts, snacks, and fun for the whole family.
Those attending are encouraged to come dressed for the occasion as snowmen, skaters, hockey players, or
in their favorite seasonal costume.
OSU/UM tickets offered at bloodmobile
CUSTAR – The Custar American Legion is holding a blood drive on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Donors
will receive an OSU vs. UM window cling, while supplies last, and may enter to win a pair of tickets to
the Ohio State/Michigan football game. There also will be a drawing for a turkey.
The legion is located on North Superior Street.
Salvation Army needs bell ringers
The Salvation Army is starting to schedule red kettle bell ringers. There will be a kick-off campaign on
Nov. 20 at noon at the downtown Huntington Bank.
The kettle campaign runs Nov. 20 through Dec. 24. Kettles will be at six locations. Anyone interested in
being a bell ringer should call (419) 601-2760 or (419) 352-5918.
